AGARTALA, Oct 23 (TIWN): BJP Govt’s cheap policy under Home Minister Biplab Deb of sending TSR Jawans (renting TSR service to various States to make money for State Govt) exposed sharp contrast of Govt apathy towards Jawans versus Biplab’s luxurious lifestyle of roaming in 15 car convoys or visiting Delhi weekly at Tripura Tax Payers money. TSR carrier bus's brake-failure has been identified as the primary cause behind the critical accident on Baramura hilly zone's highways which left around 30 Tripura State Rifles (TSR) Jawans injured on Monday latenight and among the Jawans 10 are critical. Many of the injured jawans are undergoing treatments at GB hospital, whereas few are at Jirania Hospital. The bus bearing number 04-1137 was carrying TSR Jawans of 8th Battalion towards Agartala Railway Station. Today morning along with other TSR Jawans these jawans were also to leave for Chattishgarh to join Assembly Election duty at there. Election at Chhattisgarh will be started from November 12.

The injured Tripura State Rifles Jawans (25 names could be gathered) are : 1) Bhumika Debbarma, 2)Mangal Chakma, 3) Sanjit Debnath, 4) Romar Darlong, 5) Gariel Halam, 6) Babul Debnath, 7) Sanju Malakar, 8) Biswajit Das, 9) Angiraj Debbarma, 10) Kumar Debbarma, 11) Sukhendra Debbarma, 12) Liaquat Ali, 13) Balabhadra Chakma, 14) Lalthumkila Darlong, 15) Paritosh Das, 16) Sujit Das, 17) Sudhan Malakar, 18) Shyamal Das, 19) Bipul Kanti Sinha, 20) Pushpadhan Chakma, 21) Ajit Debbarma, 22) Mangeshwan Mog, 23) Sanjit Tripura, 24) Shyma Prasad Chowdhury, 25) Rajkumar Debbarma. 

Chief Minister Biplab Deb along with high police officials rushed to GB hospital at late night to take note of the circumstances. Health Minister Sudip Barman also was present at GB hospital till late night. 

TIWN Late-Night Reporting : At least 30 Tripura State Rifles Jawans left critically injured in bus accident on Monday night.The accident took place when TSR 8th Battalion jawans were coming towards Agartala to depart from Agartala Railway Station on tomorrow morning for Chattishgarh Assembly Election duty. As soon as the vehicle came to Baramura Hilly turns it met an accident while taking U-turn. The bus fall at least 30 ft below pit beside road. Injured TSR Jawans have brought in GB hospital.The rescue operation still continuing. Total how many people injured in the incident can't be said right now as the searches are underway.
