Through press conferences it was said that Tripura under Left Govt has been the only state which has kept its “fixed†pay scale system up but it has been long 10 months of BJP Govt in Tripura but regularization of fixed paid employees are now dream. Moreover new employees are appointed by the Govt under fixed pay scale system. BJP in Tripura already made itself a Party of Mass-Cheating JUMLA Party. 'Acche Din' dreams of Tripura employees, pensioners now biting dust. No hope for Fixed paid employees too as for TET qualified teachers and teaching job aspirants, calculation has revealed that the exiting TET teachers will get hardly Rs.675 more than they are getting now, whereas the new employees who will be recruited under New-Pension-Policy will get more Rs. 1789 less than the existing teachers under Biplab Deb led so called 7th Pay Commission. Tripura has four pay bands in Tripura. BJP in its promise-documents on 7th Pay Commission had tabled the difference between state, central pay scales. But when the State Govt employees were hoping Central Pay scale for future had voted for BJP the reality turned harsh especially for fixed employees as well as future employees. | 25-Jan-2019 |

In case of Jammu & Kashmir SSA teachers not only have been regularized but Govt has ordered to clear all the pending arrears of 7th Pay Commission to the SSA teachers. In the Vision Document after scripting in bold letters that if BJP comes in power it will "Regularize Contractual Govt Employees", inside the Document categorically BJP said it will end the uncertainty problems of the SSA, RMSA teachers. But now after assuming power not even pending 2.25 arrears are being given, no salary was hiked for the SSA teachers, whereas in many states SSA teachers are already regularized. It has been more than a year that SSA employees salaries were not hiked, whereas all state regular employees of Tripura had got 2.25 from 1st April 2017. But even after 6 months of completion, the new government is not increasing any single paisa salary. Not only that the SSA employees who have expired, from State Govt no help was done to the teachers, no death benefit has not been given by the government. | 25-Jan-2019 |

Centering a newspaper filed case against West District DM Sandeep Mahatme, there is a case against him in the High Court. How a accuse person can judge another case ? We like all opposition parties demand Judicial investigation in that case. Even after continuous pressure for a ‘Judicial investigation’ in Jirania violence took place on January 8, 2019 the BJP-IPFT Govt has been strict to Magisterial Investigation in that promising in a month the report will come in hand. Critically injured Sumit Debbarma is still hospitalized at Kolkata after he was victimized in brutal firing of Tripura Police on January 8 during protest against Citizenship Bill, TSR but so far the Biplab Deb Govt has not ordered any proper inquiry nor took action on the SP West Ajit Pratap Singh and still holding position as SP of the West District. You know that to pass a bill it has to be approved by Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha both sections of the parliament. Aim was to give 10 ADC areas of Northeast more power and we welcome to the spirit of the Govt but Tripura ADC has been totally deprived. Since 2002, February 3rd, INPT has been struggling for more power for ADC. In a historical decision once in Tripura Assembly the then INPT MLA proposed one bill and it was supported by both CPI-M and Congress and since then this process has been started. There is no doubt about that. INPT since 2002 in state and at Delhi has been protesting for this demand. But unfortunately today, being one constitution Tripura was deprived. The bill talked about Assam but there is no mention about Tripura, whereas UPA Govt attempted to increase the power of ADC and promote Kokborok language but the NDA Govt couldn’t fulfill that promise, even though one draft was prepared in 2015 with those issues which we had actually demandedâ€. | 24-Jan-2019 |
