AGARTALA, Dec 14 (TIWN): Due to lack of State BJP’s judicial activism and CBI actions, Temporarily CPI-M party and State Gov't may breathe a sigh of relief as the Supreme Court'' bench comprising Justice Uday Umesh Lalit and Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel extended the service of the 10323 terminated teachers upto 30th June 10323 . On hearing the appeal of the state govt the Apex court made this decision considering a major vacume that may be created if the jobs are terminated after 31st December 2017 as per order of the same bench of the Supreme Court given on 29th March 2017 upholding the judgement of the High Court given on 7th May 2014 as it cancelled the Special Leave Petition(SLP) submitted by the State gov't . Ahead of the crucial assembly poll this extension came as a major relief for the ruling party because now it can make it a political issue in order to cater sympathy from the 10323 victim teachers . But on the same date the Supreme Court's bench two significant pronouncements, which are being mysteriously neglected by the media and quite naturally CPI-M party and the state govt are trying to hide

Justice Uday Umesh Lalit and Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel straightway turned down the Review Appeal filed by a section of Graduate Teachers among the victim 10323 . This pronouncement clearly meant that there is certainly no chance of any change in Supreme Court's ultimate judgement on 10323 teachers jobs given on 29th of March this year . Today's pronouncement can only extend their jobs only upto 30th June 2018 and it means that after 30th June 2018 these teachers' services will automatically be terminated .

For a ruling party like CPI-M today's partial pronouncement may be of great relief but the fate of the 10323 teachers are absolutely in dark as it is now as they can't carry on their jobs after 30th June 2018 . As expected , CPI-M party and its followers are showing that they are jubiliant( in diffetent parts of the state fire crackers are being burst by some over enthusiasts ruling party caders)  highlighting only a part of today's pronouncement hiding the two major points .

Another point is that the Apex Court is yet to decide on the validity of the 12000 mysterious  Non-teaching posts as the Apex Court reserved its judgement on this issue and said that this will be heard later on . Thus, it is clear that state gov't cannot procede its attempt to recruit any one in these 12000 posts , which have certainly been created with the sole purpose of rehabilitating the 10323 teachers as the state govt made teaching experience of 5 years and 3 years respectively , and this is gross violation of the judgement passed by the Apex court on 29th March 2017 .

Thus, it is clear from today's pronouncement :-

1) That 10323 teachers jobs are only valid upto 30th June 2018 and after this period their jobs will automatically be terminated with no chance of further extention .

2) That the state gov't cannot carry on with its attempt of appointing any one in 12000 non-teaching posts .

For the time being ruling party will try to play with the minds of these teachers but their fate is dark as the rejection of the review appeal filed by a section of graduate teachers among the 10323 terminated teachers means that their service will be terminated after 30th June 2017 .

Sunil Deodhar, Biplab Deb led State BJP's political failure on 10323 Teachers recruitment scam

On March 29,2017 after Tripura Govt’s 10323 Teachers recruitment case defeat in Supreme Court, BJP State President on same day evening declared in a Press meet at Agartala that BJP will file a case in High Court for immediate HC monitored CBI investigation.

On March 29,2017 even Biplab Deb said in Press Conference at BJP Party office " Because of the corruption of Manik Sarkar & Co Hon'ble Supreme Court today dismissed the jobs of 10323 teachers jobs upholding the Tripura High Court's judgement of 7th May 2014. We will very soon file Writ Petition in the High Court demanding CBI probe against Chief Minister Manik Sarkar and other corrupt officials , who are the culprits of the irregularities involved in the recruitment of these teachers' jobs,".

Biplab Deb also said ," Our (BJP) national leaders have already been informed and accordingly our leaders will take further steps. "

Biplab Deb further said  ," If the Chief Minister of Haryana Om Prakash Chautala and his son are now behind the bars why not Chief Manik Sarkar and Education Minister  Tapan Chakraborty !" Biplab  said  the Chief Minister of Haryana state was found guilty along with his son due to gross irregularities, the same holds true for Manik Sarkar and Tapan Chakraborty.

On December 2017 the question remains – What was done by BJP so far in High Court for CBI investigation ?

Due to Sunil Deodhar and Biplab Deb's immaturity, 10323 teachers 6 months extension now will help CPI-M politically in upcoming Assembly Election.
