AGARTALA, Nov 3 (TIWN): After 12000 ‘LOLLYPOP’ job cases jolt in Supreme Court, Tripura's IAS Officers have decided not to put signature in any false or controversial propaganda, political advertisements led Tripura Govt's 10 allegation's denial as unauthentic as not a single signature was put on it. Signing the illegal advts for 12000 non-existent jobs, the Chief Secretary Sanjeev Ranjan was stretched to Supreme Court and thus this time, no risk was taken by the officers and published the press release of 10 allegations denial without any signatures. Tripura Govt's 10 allegations' denial how far could save state govt's image it's unknown but it successfully has made the Manik Sarkar's Govt merely a laughing stock by mentioning DYFI like terms and refusal of allegations.

Total 10 allegations by not only oppositions but by various media had been brought after CPI-M Govt's nexus with them were found. Either in case of RD scam, no proper investigation was done led Bimal Chakraborty like figures to get bail after 6 months.

In case of Rose Valley giving free license to the business and not seizing Rose Valley properties till 2017 and about 10323 and 12000 case state needs not to introduced.The 10 allegations which Tripura Govt denied 3 months ahead of Election are :

1. Rose Valley, 2. Bishalgarh RD scam, 3. Rupaichari Block under GSG Ayangar, 4. - Rs.12.00 crores was misappropriated in Pecharthal Block, 5. Health scams, 6. 10323, 7. Rs. 5.00 crores were misappropriated under  Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhiyan. 8. - Rs. 2.00 crores were misappropriated in Satchand Block in 2011 during procurement of ginger, 9. The State Govt. purchased adulterated medicines from a company based in Himachal Pradesh. 10. There was an allegation of a scam in Welfare Fund of Social Welfare. From the internal report it appears that Rs. 300.00 crores were misappropriated in 32 Blocks out of which Rs.115.00 crores were from MGNREGA fund---hence Tripura Govt denied the allegation.

But will it make any difference for the Educated voters ??  In this notification total 10 allegations charged against CPI-M Govt was clarified by the state govt.  But with the 6th clarification, Tripura Govt went beyond Supreme Court to prove its "Clean Image".

None of those above mentioned cases have been verdicted just like Bimal Sinha murder case, but Tripura Govt at the height of its frustration published a long notification proves that ahead of election official works have been almost closed for 3 months as Election-preparation.

Tripura Govt is also still trying to find out ways to deny the allegation that it had done any recruitment corruption with 10323. A special notification was released by the state govt to deny 10 allegations including the 10323. But the point which Tripura Govt brought out was : "The Hon’ble High Court nowhere passed any comments on any corruption in the selection process, but had viewed that the revised employment policy and the selection process was not correct and accordingly, directed the State to frame new employment policy". What does it mean ? In 2002 Tripura Govt too certain interviews and after 8 years they distributed jobs without following any rules and regulations of the ongoing as if Tripura doesn't come under Indian Constitution. Most important question is : What about primary jobs which were given in 2014 ??

In Clarification Manik Sarkar says in Portal : " High Court nowhere passed any comments on any corruption in the selection process, but had viewed that the revised employment policy and the selection process was not correct and accordingly, directed the State to frame new employment policy.............In compliance to the Judgment of the High Court, State Government framed new Employment Policy and revised the Recruitment Rules for Under Graduate Teachers in 2014 and Graduate & Post Graduate Teachers in 2016. After constitution of TRBT (Teachers’ Recruitment Board of Tripura), all appointments of teachers are being made in complete compliance with Right to Education Act, 2009 and NCTE (National Council for Teachers Education) guidelines".

Now readers can understand there is no similarity with the yellow and red marked lines stated by Tripura Govt. HC asked to follow guidelines and to form RR in 2014 but what about the jobs which lost in 2014 ?? What about 10323 ?? How the facts can deny the allegations as TET begun for fresh candidates and those who are qualified ??
