UDAIPUR, Oct 28 (TIWN): The Ld. J.M 1st Class Court No. 02 Udaipur, Gomati District has convicted 04 (Four) accused persons namely (1) Sachindra Kr. Bhowmik (65) S/O Lt. Ramani Bhowmik (2) Sri Uttam Bhowmik (44) S/O Sri Sachindra Kr. Bhowmik (3) Raju Bhowmik (32) S/O Sri Sachindra Kr. Bhowmik (4) Sri Samir Bhowmik (34) S/O Sri Sachindra Kr. Bhowmik all of South Mura Para PS R.K.Pur under Gomati District; U/S 341/323/34 IPC.
On 28-01-2017, R.K.Pur PS Case No. 2017RKP011 U/S- 341/325/34 IPC, was registered on the basis of written complaint of Sri Santosh Das S/O Lt. Laxmi Charan Das of South Mura Para PS R.K.Pur against the accused persons namely (1) Sachindra Kr. Bhowmik (65) S/O Lt. Ramani Bhowmik (2) Sri Uttam Bhowmik (44) S/O Sri Sachindra Kr. Bhowmik (3) Raju Bhowmik (32) S/O Sri Sachindra Kr. Bhowmik (4) Sri Samir Bhowmik (34) S/O Sri Sachindra Kr. Bhowmik all of South Mura Para PS R.K.Pur under Gomati District; for hurling attack and assault upon the complainant and using slang language.
After investigation, charge sheet was filed by ASI Surjya Kanta Jamatia of Garjee Out Post under R.K.Pur PS, I.O of the case; on 16-05-2017, against those accused persons. Vide R.K.Pur PS Charge Sheet No. 74/2017 U/S-341/323/34 IPC.
The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found all the accused persons is guilty U/S 341/323/34 IPC and giving benefit of section 3 of Probation of Offenders Act instead of sentencing them, the trial court released them after due admonition.
