AGARTALA, Oct 7 (TIWN): With a major setback CPI-M led Tripura Govt's auditorium could not give enough space for Tripura's terminated teachers as a huge number of teachers will be gathered after they came to know Supreme Court has given stay order on the controversial posts of 12000 teachers those were created for 10323 terminated teachers. Resentments have brewed among the teachers as they couldn't book any room at Rabindra Bhawan for their convention, even though Rabindra Bhawan is known for hist major seat capacity. Around 3000 people can be seated in that auditorium, whereas their numbers are above ten thousand. The 10323 teachers received a major jolt recently when SC has issued a stay order to the controversial 12000 posts which were created by Tripura Govt for to save 10323 teachers' vote banks after HC, SC had terminated their jobs following the illegal recruitment of the teachers by CPI-M Govt.

With all these, 10323 teachers' tension which had begun since 2014, is yet unending with SC's recent stay order on 12000 posts. Even though Education Minister Tapan Chakrborty said that nobody can prove that 12000 posts were created for 10,323 teachers, but on Friday the 10323 teachers met Education Minister and placed deputation.

The 10323 teachers had also  met the Education Director U K Chakma on Thursday to discuss about the ongoing case.

However, both the Education Director & Education Minister has assured the 10323 teachers that state govt has given valid replies of SC's notice about the recruitment.

With SC has issues a stay order on 12000 non-teaching staffs' recruitment, mass tension has gripped the 10323 teachers once again. The next hearing of 13,000 teachers has been postponed to Oct-24 at the Supreme Court.

After Supreme Court's asked State Govt to answer within two weeks about illegal steps of violating SC's order  with 10,323 teachers' re-recruitment, Tripura Govt has answered the notice. However, now with State Govt's reply SC to review the case and the next hearing has been finalized on Oct 24. SC has stayed the recruitment of 13000 posts till Oct-24.

The next hearing of 13,000 teachers has been postponed to Oct-24 at the Supreme Court. Tension has gripped 10,323 teachers as their termination is on Dec-31st.
