AGARTALA, Oct 4 (TIWN): Politically married CPI-M, Congress in Tripura rejected CBI investigation in Santnau murder case. Unfortunately, Congress in Tripura now exists in four walls of Congress Bhavan as 'PAPPU' Rahul Gandhi's eunuch leadership pushed party towards peril. But the reason of denying CBI’s probe into Santanu murder case doesn’t end here but the main cause is that after Gouri Lankesh’s death, demands raised for CBI investigation in Congress ruled Karnataka but the state govt didn’t approved CBI even though SIT has found out CPI-M backed Naxal’s chief involvement in Gouri Lankesh’s murder.

In both Santanu and Gouri Lankesh cases police has left clueless to find out the actual culprits, although continuously both the state govt have been targeting the oppositions. 

This is nothing just to create an anti-saffron waves  across the country but amidst political blame games the justice and investigations have remained as secondary.Question raises, when state govts are shy to call CBI in each of the murder  case, when politically they are hyperactive to accuse the oppositions are involved in those murder but in case of arresting the accused persons, police is uttered failure.

Tripura CM’s fear for CBI investigation once again exposed by CPI-M’s B team Congress MLA Gopal Roy recently has said, “CBI means Modi and CBI is controlled by Modi Govt”. MLA Gopal Rpy said, “We want the case should be handled by High Court judge and SIT has been set for Journalist Santanu Bhowmik's murder case”.

However, it was expected that Congress will oppose CBI investigation as Birjit Sinha led Congress long before virtually was sold to CPI-M's Melarmath's heads and in Gouri Lankesh’s case also Karnataka Govt’s suspicious role has been copy-pasted by state Congress in Santanu murder case.

But a moral question here raises.....if Congress could not help the journalists of Tripura to get justice for Santanu, it should not attempt to worsening the matter.

 Congress MLA Gopal Roy has clearly said, "We don not want any CBI investigation in this murder case as CBI is in Modi's hand. We do not trust CBI". How Congress although an opposition party in Tripura, but it has no headache to voice against CPI-M's corruption but following the recent trend of CPI-M / Congress alliance allover India here the friendship among both the parties has gone on peak to defend BJP.

But question is why to politicize Santanu'smurder ? However in GouriLankesh's case also Congress did the same.

Resentment have brewed among the journalists of the state as 80% state journalists are in demand of CBI inquiry when under police the case is getting more puzzled.

However, MLA Gopal Roy in a press conference said, "CBI is in Modi's hand. So, if Santanu murder case is given to CBI then it will move in wrong direction".

First Tripura Home Ministry under Chief Minister Manik Sarkar had suspended internet service across the state to hide the various angels of Journalist Santanu's murder case, but now it has hired opposition Congress to stop CBI's entrance in Tripura. Surprisingly, Congress even though for the first time condemned the death of Santanu's murder on Sunday via a press conference but along with that condemnation Congress has added also demand of 'No CBI inquiry in Santanu murder case'.When across the nation, CBI is successfully identifying culprits and pushing them into jail but Tripura Congress has simply rejected journalists' and BJP's appeal for CBI investigation in journalist Santanu murder case. What harms Congress if CBI investigation is held in Santanu murder case ??
