Burnt bogies of Agartala-Delhi Express to be replaced, but Dera supporters also damaged Railway tracks at Delhi : Service to be resumed after Aug-29

AGARTALA, Aug 26 (TIWN): Tripura Sundari Express service can not be resumed before 29 August as it will take some time to repair the tracks. The train service will be resumed after Aug-29, a Railway Official of Agartala Railway Station told TIWN. It has been informed that the Ram Rahim bhaktas not only burnt the Tripura Sundari Express train's two bogies but in various spots had damaged the railway tracks. ‘Bogies will be replaced in time, but unless and until tracks are back to forms, nothing can be done’, the official added. Apart from this Railway service is now suspended across Northeast due to flood related damages and now the more mob led damages from Anand Vihar has created panic in the Railway division, TIWN reported from Agartala Railway Station.

Atleast 2 of the bogies have been completely vandalized. Fortunately there were no passenger sat inside the train led no causalities. 

Due to the suspension of the train service in Northeast for flood there were luckily no passenger inside the train. Not only Tripura Sundari express but many trains saw similar vandalism due to the ‘Bhaktas’ of the Rapist Ram Rahim.

The Dera Sacha Sauda headquarters is located in Sirsa, around 250 km from Panchkula, where a court held the sect chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh guilty of rape and sexual exploitation.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Friday admitted lapses in security arrangements following a verdict against Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, but later said that no advance action was taken as it could have created bigger problems.

Talking to reporters on Friday evening, after around 30 people were killed in violence following the Dera Sacha Sauda chief being convicted for rape, Khattar, admitting to mistakes, said: "We are identifying the lapses."

After the special CBI Court on Friday held Ram Rahim  guilty of charges in a 15-year-old rape case, stone pelting and clashes between police and Dera Sacha Sauda supporters were reported in several parts of Punjab and Haryana, Delhi . The court will pronounce the sentence on August 28.

As Dera Sacha Sauda Chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim's followers run amok in Haryana, Punjab and Delhi, the Punjab and Haryana high court has asked the government to seize entire property of Dera to compensate the damages done by its followers. The High Court has asked a list of its properties from the Dera. It has been reported that 20 Army columns are on its way to lay siege on Ram Rahim's Dera in Sirsa.
