AGARTALA, Aug 17 (TIWN): Anti-national CPI-M's criticism of Supreme Court generated fresh controversy as communists arrogant speeches, badmouthing continue. Minister of Minority Welfare cum HUJI sympathiser Sahid Chowdhury said, Similar speech was delivered at Muktadhara by Minister of Minority Welfare (once Huji-linked suspected in 2008) Sahid Chowdhury on Thursday. He said, "The 10,323 teachers' verdict in the Supreme Court is inhuman. But Tripura Govt will give them jobs surely". Similar speeches were given at various times by various CPI-M leaders even in the state committee meeting of the CPI-M party. Bijan Dhar, CPI-M State Secretary said that the 'judgment was fully unfortunate and inhuman' that earlier sparked massive controversy. Moreover, in the name of minority, the minister has cunningly chosen Muslim students to study outside the state in B.Ed Colleges whereas at Muktadhara hardly any other minority student from Christian or Buddhist had been seen today. Addressing the students, the Minister mentioned clearly that Supreme Court's verdict is 'Not Right'.

Bijan Dhar also in a press meet called some judges at SC are ‘RSS agents’.

Minister Badal Chowdhury said the same, whereas Goutam Das said the verdict was 'Mysterious'. After all these, is there any point left for 'Not Calling' CPI-M as an Anti-Nationalist party, which can not show minimum respect to the Supreme Court of India ?

When SSA teachers asked Tripura Govt to help them to complete B.Ed, state govt didn't help.  When the teachers wanted to get higher Education, B.Ed, the Govt had delaying the matter. In this condition, the livelihood of the SSA teachers are under danger as Govt has no intension to regularize the teachers. But state govt depriving a major section of students,  is now doing best for Muslim students just to woo minority vote banks.

Tripura Govt lost the illegally appointed 10,323 teachers case March 29, 2017 at the Supreme Court. Manik Sarkar led CPI-M Govt’s biggest face loss caused due to Chief Minister’s arrogance in accepting Tripura High Court’s May 7,2014 verdict in cancelling 10323 illegally appointed teacher jobs.SC divisional bench chaired by Justice Adharsha Kumar Goel and Uday Umesh Lalit heard a petition filed by advocate Salman Khurshid. Supreme Court ordered for further TET Examination within 31st December, 2017 for all the teachers who lost their jobs, said the Law Secretary Datamohon Jamatia. But Education Minister cum Law Minister Tapan Chakraborty has TURNED OFF his mobile out of frustration and escaping to wrath of masses. On Govt side, there was Advocate P P Rao and on behalf of 10,323 Lawyer Rajib Dhaon and J P Kamad were present. Reportedly, in total 10,323 teachers' jobs were cancelled by Tripura High Court in 2014 on May 7 after spotting irregularities in the recruitment process following a section of deprived qualified youths for the posts.

A division bench of the high court, comprising Chief Justice Deepak Gupta and Justice Swapan Chandra Das, had passed then order May 7, 2014 terminating the jobs of 10,323 school teachers after Dec 31, citing irregularities in recruitment and SC has upheld High Court's 2014 verdict. Supreme Court in a humanaitarian gesture to 10323 teachers mentioned that the teachers will continue their jobs till 2017, 31st Dec. But the recruitment process must be started within May 31st and to be completed within Dec 31st.

But after all these CPI-M claims that SC's verdict was inhuman.
