AGARTALA, Aug 4 (TIWN): After Tripura Education Minister Tapan Chakraborty dumped the regularization matter on the Central Govt. following a regime of corruption and chaos under CPI-M Govt that led a Full-History of Violation of recruitment Policy, the SSA teachers raised question, "If SSA is a central project then how RD Dept officials were regularized by State Govt? That is also a central project." SSA teachers claimed that in DRDA central project many employees are working on regular basis as one of the Minister's son-in-law is working in that Dept. "Just because one family member of the Minister is working in DRDA, thus the decision was taken in the cabinet. Why step motherly attitude with us ?", said the SSA teachers.

The main puzzle that came out with SSA teachers' hunger strike was, why instead of showing them regular to the central govt, the notification has not been released officially to the teachers ? A huge number of hunger strikers have sat in strike demanding for their rights. Addressing the press meet, the teachers informed that SSA teachers have already been regularized whereas the notification kept hidden by Tripura Finance Dept, with its ill motive of drawing regular salary of the teachers from centre.

 However, with valid documents SSA teachers disclosed that they have been regularized in 2015 already and that was accepted by the finance minister Bhanulal Saha when central govt asked the state govt to give details about regular paid salaries.

In an RIT filed in 2015 Jyoti Pahwa, Under Secretary to the Govt of India said in the No. F. - 7/ 2016-EE.B, "SSA funds for salary is provided for regular and contract teachers as informed by the State". Thus the teachers who have been fooled by Tripura Govt saying they are contractual, have sat in hunger strike demanding notification of their regularization.

The problem of Tripura Govt is it can not ask the centre to regularize them as already state regularized the teachers and now is sanctioning funds from the centre.

 SSA teachers claimed in the name of irregular jobs, under SSA, RMSA the state govt is cutting the pockets of teachers, every months that can not be done once the teachers are regularized.
