UDAIPUR, Feb 3 (TIWN): Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udaipur Gomati, Tripura, has convicted one accused person namely Partha Das S/O Lt. Bhuban Das of Tattua Tilla, PS- RKP, under Gomati District.

On 28^th Nov 2015, R.K.Pur Women PS Case No. 2015WRP096 U/S- 341/354/323/506 IPC, was registered on the basis of written complaint of complainant against the accused person namely Partha Das S/O Lt. Bhuban Das of Tattua Tilla, PS- RKP, under Gomati District; The A/P wrongfully restrained upon the complt. & outrage her modestry On 27-09-2015 at about 1830 hrs. at Tattua Tilla, under R.K.Pur PS.  

 After investigation, charge sheet was filed by W/SI Mina Debbarma (I), I.O of the case on 31-10-2015, against the accused person namely Partha Das S/O Lt. Bhuban Das of Tattua Tilla, PS- RKP, under Gomati District; vide R.K.Pur Women  PS C/S No. 73/2015 U/S- 341/354/323/506 IPC.

 The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused person namely Partha Das is guilty U/S 354/323 IPC and sentenced him to suffer RI for one & pay a fine of Rs- 2000 i.d to suffer R.I for 20 days for the offence punishable U/S 354 IPC  & further sentence to suffer RI for 03 (Three) months and to pay a fine of Rs- 200/- i.d to payment to suffer further RI for 10 (Ten) days for the punishable U/S 323 IPC. Both the sentenced shall run concurrently.
