AMARPUR, Oct 10 (TIWN): As a part of its human mission and social responsibilities, TSR 5th BTN distributed warm clothes to nearly 150 families on the eve of Durga Puja Festival at Amarpur under Gomati District.

It is worth mentioning that among the distributed clothes, there were winter clothes to help the poor face the cold weather of the winter season.

This was one of the many efforts TSR has been taking to better the condition of needy border population. TSR has intimated that sentinels of border will organize many more such programme in future too.
