AGARTALA, Sep 21 (TIWN): Tripura CM Manik Sarkar, Industry Minister Tapan Chakraborty, Industry Secretary M.Nagaraju led Govt’s futile exercise to showcase Tripura’s Industrial (fake) progress now likely to bite dust as Tripura Govt /FICCI’s invitations were rejected by seven NE State CMs, three Union Ministers and various officials, Industrialists. Commerce Minister Nirmala Sitaraman, MoRTH Minister Nitin Gadkari, DoNER Minister Jitendra Singh, Assam’s CM Sarbananda Sonowal, Meghalaya and other important States CMs all garbaged CPI-M Govt’s invitation to attend investment summit at Pragna Bhavan. Apart from that CPI-M Govt’s invitations were rejected by various top business groups. Manik Sarkar’s plan to use FICCI to boast about his Govt’s all fake propagandas finally flopped as no important dignitaries will be attending this summit other than Nagaland CM and a Minister of State rank from Bangladesh. Manik Sarkar Govt's lethargy in developing Tripura and its industrialization is evident with the fact that Tripura now ranks 4th in India in terms of unemployment with massive 7 Lakhs unemployed youths.

 80% of the invited guests have chosen to avoid  wednesday's Investment summit as its organized by Tripura's lameduck Industry Govt and dysfunctional FICCI Tripura Chapter.

Tripura Industry Dept and FICCI's line-up of speakers on Sept 21 summit at Pragna Bhavan but no Union Ministers, Imp Officials will be attending this event.

Union Ministers, NE Chief  Ministers are well aware of poor business & industry track records of Manik Sarkar and Tapan Chakraborty, so its no surprise that they have chosen to ignore another 'propaganda exercise' by Manik's boot-licking offcials and organizers.
