AGARTALA, Aug 9 (TIWN): Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee’s arrival in Tripura turned a nightmare for scam tainted Manik Sarkar led CPI-M Govt. Pointing that law and order collapsed and people have no safety and security in Tripura, Mamata Banerjee’s TMC has started a movement against the ruling CPI(M) to oust from power and free people from communist tyranny. However, with the aim to strengthen the grassroot organization of TMC in Tripura, TMC Supremo is all set to hold mass rally on Tuesday at Swami Vivekanda stadium. Trinamool Congress is all set to make major inroads in Tripura with party supremo Mamata Banerjee set to address a public meeting on August 9.After defeating the Left in West Bengal in the recent state elections, Banerjee now plans to oust the same party from yet another Left bastion. The responsibility of becoming the second largest party and the Opposition in the state assembly has been given to once number two in the Trinamool Congress; Mukul Roy. Mamata herself called up Sudip Barman, ex opposition leader and announced the date of her arrival to Tripura.

Six out of the nine Congress legislators led by Sudip Barman joined TMC but officially Assembly Speaker yet to accept TMC’s backdoor entry via Congress MLA seats.

With the target to oust the alleged 'undemocratic' CPIM led Left Front government of Tripura, Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo Mamata Banerjee is starting her visit to the Left ruled northeastern state in August.

This will be her first visit to Tripura after taking charge as Chief Minister for the second time following a landmark victory in West Bengal fighting against the Congress and Left Front alliance.

Mamata has always keen to see that Tripura people should be freed from the undemocratic government which snatches the rights from the people of the state and doing rampant corruption as well as depriving all section of people. She is coming to send the message to the people of Tripura to oust the CPIM politically from the state and make a good government like West Bengal and for the welfare of the people of Tripura."

The date of the West Bengal Chief Minister's visit to Tripura has been fixed on 9th August and for which the TMC leaders are preparing the ground to give her a grand welcome.

Incidentally, a day before Banerjee’s visit to Tripura, West Bengal CPI(M) state secretary Surjya Kanta Mishra visited  the state to deliver a lecture on the ‘post poll violence in West Bengal let loose by TMC workers and leaders’. Reacting to Mishra’s visit, Roy said “Surjya babu is a failed minister, who performed miserably as state secretary of CPI(M) and in the recently concluded assembly elections.”
