SONAMURA / AGARTALA, July 7 (TIWN): Pakistan’s ISI spearheading anti-India activities via its local Islamic Jihadi modules in various towns across India-Bangladesh border region of Bengal, Assam and Tripura. Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh held an emergency meeting on Saturday with Home Ministry senior officials, BSF to intensify vigil across Bangladesh bordering states. After Home Ministry directives, Tripura CM conducted a meeting with Chief Secretary, DGP, senior Police officials to take stock of State’s law & order. However, since 23 years rule of CPI-M Govt in Tripura, minority-appeasing politics resulted in massive influx of Bangladeshi Jihadi elements in Sonamura - Boxanagar, Kailashahar, Dharmanagar, Sabroom. Even capital Agartala’s South Ramnagar has become a Islamic Jihadi den where smugglers murdered on-duty BSF Jawan Sandeep Kumar on June 5, 2014. Manik Sarkar’s CPI-M Govt even though aware of nexus among Smugglers, Islamic Jihadis and politicians like Sports Minister Shahid Chowdhury but chosen to keep mum for the sake of minority vote-banks.

Back in March 2008, West Bengal CID Police unearthed direct involvement of Minister (also MLA from Boxanagar/Sonamura) Shahid Chowdhury with HUJI Terrorist Mamun Miah, which forced Manik Sarkar to remove Shahid Chowdhury from Cabinet.  However Islamic Jihadi lobbies, smuggler lobbies again forced Manik Sarkar to re-induct tainted Shahid Chowdhury into cabinet after 2013’s assembly election.

Border Security Force (BSF) intensified vigil along the Indo-Bangladesh border in Tripura in the wake of the terror attack in Dhaka after the government sounded a high alert in bordering states.

In 2008, Chief Minister Manik Sarkar was forced to get rid of Minister Shahid Chowdhury from Cabinet due to ties with HUJI, Al Qaeda terrorist Mamun Mia.

Shahid Chowdhury and his wife not only sheltered dreaded Bangladeshi terrorist Mamum Mia at their home, then arranged rented accommodation and financed HUJI Islamic terrorist activities.

After 2008, now in 2016, Shahid Chowdhury actively helping Sonamura’s narcotics, ganja, phesedyl kings like Roman Miah, sheltering rapist TCS officer Panna Ahmed.

Rapist TCS officer Panna Ahmed, his brother-in-law Phensedyl smuggling mafia Roman Mia, HUJI terrorist Mamum Mia all belongs to Shahid Chowdhury’s Assembly constituency Boxnagar, Sonamura, also notoriously known for Tripura’s highest Ganja (Marijuana) productions.

Under the pressure of narcotics smugglers and CPI-M lobbies, Panna Ahmed was appointed as SDM Sonamura in place of upright SDM Subhashis Das as over Rs 100 crores Ganja fields were destroyed.

Tripura CM directly responsible for Panna Ahmed’s appointment as SDM Sonamura, followed by further appointment as Joint Director of Sports under Sports Minister Shahid Chowdhury. Also its Tripura CM who made a career criminal as Sports Minister rather than packing these smugglers into jail. So, its no surprise that Tripura has become heaven for international drug smuggling rackets.

Official sources said in Delhi that the Union Home Ministry has directed the Border Security Force (BSF) and other agencies to keep strict vigil along the international borders.

"Adequate security measures need to be taken in border areas of West Bengal, Assam, Tripura and Meghalaya," an informed source said.

Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh was briefed by senior officials in the ministry and security agencies on the situation in Bangladesh.

Meanwhile, the BSF intensified vigil across the Indo-Bangladesh border in West Bengal, Assam and Tripura.

"The vigil across the frontier has been intensified. An alert has been sounded and we are doing the needful," said a BSF officer in Kolkata.

In coordination with the police, the BSF troopers are also conducting search operations in villages near the Bangladesh border.

Security has also been beefed up in the state's major installations, including airports and railway stations.

Bangladesh has lately seen an increase in militant Islamist violence.

Official sources said the Tripura and Assam governments have reported to the central government in the recent past the activities of a few Bangladesh-based Islamic organisations which "could have also aligned to the ISIS" mainly in terms of getting funds and identifying "raw recruits".

Unless Tripura Govt sheds its blind-sided minority appeasing politics, stops promoting tainted politicians like Shahid Chowdhury, State is turning into a den for Pakistan’s ISI backed smuggling, Jihadi backed narcotics network.
