AGARTALA, April 30 (TIWN): Just after the final hearing of Parimal Saha murder case, where 12 persons were sent for Life-time imprisonment Tripura opposition parties---Congress and BJP held press meet and thanked the Judicial system.

BJP and Congress both thanked the High Court for noticing lower court to ‘End’ the case.

However, slamming the left front party, both the parties blamed CPI-M for mixing violence with murder and further attempting to save the  criminals.

It’s to be mentioned here that after 3 decades have passed when Congress former MLA Primal Saha was murdered and the lower court has given a final resolution of the case after High Court ordered to ‘End’ the case.

Verdict was given following IPC 302 & IPC 120 (Murder and criminal offence) each of the 12 guilty persons are sent for Life time imprisonment.
