Non-availability of stretcher service in AIR India: Patients sufferer

AGARTALA, Dec 14 (TIWN) : Critical patients of Tripura facing problem due to non availability of stretcher service of Air India in Agartala unit. Critical patients' were unable to move out side states for treatment for last few weeks.
According to source, as many as 22 patients, including three in critical stage, have been referred from the Agartala Government Medical College (AGMC) and Tripura Medical College (TMC) in the last two weeks. According to report, the AGMC authority has now stopped referring patients outside even if it is essential considering the crisis of air tickets due to non availability of stretcher service by AIR India authority.
