UDAIPUR, Dec 11 (TIWN): Chief Judicial Magistrate court of Udaipur on Thursday sent an accused public school teacher for five days of police remand of murdering a woman namely Binata Jamatia. The accused teacher- Khakthan Jamatia (35) has been produced before the CJM court of Udaipur on Thursday, demanding 10 days of police remand.
The IO of the case is Manik Lal Kanti of Killa Police Station.
However, the accused teacher namely Khakthan Jamatia will be produced before the court next on December 14.
Reportedly, Police has recovered the body of Binata Jamatia (29) with several injuries from Najitacharra under Killa Police Station.
Police rushed to the spot after they are informed about the body and recovered the body from Najitacharra.
According to the police report, Binata Jamatia was missing from December 3. Father of the deceased has lodged a complaint at Killa Police Station.
Reportedly, the woman had tied a knot 10 years ago. She also has a baby. It is to be mentioned here that the deceased had an affair with the teacher after she left her husband house.
Allegation has been raised that Khakthan Jamatia has taken the attempt after the deceased has forced Jamatia to marry her.
However, the deceased body was recovered on December 9.
