Agartala, August 18 (TIWN): Despite of the state lagging behind in providing all the substantial facilities required to boost the tourism of Tripura, Chief Minister Manik Sarkar never hesitates and misses an chance to claim that Tripura to be one of the tourist hub in the coming days.

He also said that there is also a possiblity development of tourism in Tripura with consideration to the development of and link between Bangladesh and Tripura.

Tourism industry is still in the growing stage and hardly any tourist comes to Tripura.  Tourism can boosted only with the development of different sectors of Transportation, communication, health and security and lot of other things are required to set up a well furnished tourism industry in the state.

In the so-called age of golden era, the state does have any proper transport facility neither any five-star hotel nor proper telecommunication facility.

To represent a goody image about the tourist spot in the state ‘Seth Mahal’ is opted as the house of the Tourism Directorate as well Tripura Tourism Development corporation ltd.

It is to be mentioned here that almost all of the tourism destinations requires a facelift as all of the tourism spot lack maintenance and with improper management the spots are losing its beauty.

On one hand there is no proper maintenance of the tourist spot in the state and CM Manik Sarkar claims that Tripura to flourish with the boom o0f the tourist spot in the state.

Tourism industry is the source of income for both public also well as private sector government charges tax, sales tax, service tax etc. which is known as government revenue is the income of public. And handicraft, arts etc are the things that attract tourist and most of them buy them and the seller makers some profit.

Apart from revenue, Tourism industry facilities cultural exchange tourist carry over various cultural concepts of other countries where they visit. Local people can learn their language, art, skill, culture etc and vice versa.

It is very much essential for a visitor to enjoy the stay and this is enhanced by facilities like road transport, guides and good hotels. Many hotels should have multi cuisine to accommodate the choices of foreigners who generally consider the Indian food very spicy. Tour operators needs to very systematic with their plans. Complete details about weather conditions, clothes required and facilities are given to the tourists to help them prepare for a holiday but unfortunately Tripura does not have any such facility in the state and ministers ar5e busy with their tall claims.
