KAILASAHAR, April 27 (TIWN): Another instance of so-called Golden era comes under the limelight. This time, the allegation of fraudulence and cheque bounce was placed against CPI-M led Panchayat member of Kailasahar Chandipur Panchayat.

Sources informed that Arun Munda of Banadipara, south Chandipur had taken loan amounting 3 lakhs from Tilla Bazar’s Kamal Khan on 15/12/13. Thereafter on 31/12/13 an agreement by affidavit was signed between Kamal and Arun under the presence of Notary to return back the money within 31/3/14. In the meantime, Arun had given a cheque which was bounced on 16/5 14. After passing many days of the money lendering, Arun finally filed a case at the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate on 8/7/14.

However police had arrested Arun. But few days after, Arun was released on bail and make affidavit again on 17/4/14. But still now the money was not recovered. But, besides that Arun in return also filed a case against Kamal for the misappropriation of money.

Without developing basic infrastructure, busy in scam politics. Though State Government claims that the concerned departments under their tenure are fully corruption free. But the recent data sketched out a total vice- versa figure.  Under constant protests against the ongoing 'Scams Festival' State Govt and the ruling party CPI (M) seems to have bowed down.

Though officially Chief Minister Manik Sarkar endpin(M) State Secretary Bijan Dhar have denied any involvement of CPI(M) party and its 'Brand man' Manik Sarkar in these scams or any of the accused persons, recent activities clearly send the message that State Govt is highly concerned about all that are going on. Putting the blame on opposition and media and terming the discoveries of multirole scams in different departments as the effort of 'Imperialists' may give the ruling party and its so called 'Brand Manik' dividends in casting votes in the rural belts; But the power of truth is such that, someday it spills out spontaneously and no ruler however powerful cannot suppress truth
