BELONIA, April 21 (TIWN): Heavy water-logging inside Belonia hospital was seen inside Belonia hospital after rain hit the region.

Due to the consistent rain, the hospital has been suffering from water accumulation that is causing not only trouble in providing treatment to the patients but also damaging hospital equipment like medicines.

On Sunday, the hospital authority called workers to shift the medicines to another room so that water logging does not damage the medicine stocks further.

Various hospitals in Tripura are currently undergoing similar water-logging issues.

A hospital staff member in Belonia told the media that someone blocked the outlet outside the hospital, which has caused this havoc.
