AGARTALA, Nov 28 (TIWN): In response to Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha’s allegation against the opposition for not voicing for Bangladesh minorities and highlighting Gaza-like issues, Opposition Leader Jitendra Chowdhury said, “We are not selective on minorities.”
“We do not try to distinguish between who is Jamat or who is what, but we voice against any humanitarian crisis anywhere happening in this world,” said Chowdhury.
“Who is talking for minorities in Bangladesh? The same people who are regularly attacking the minorities in India? They have no right to talk on this issue. Rather, they should be ashamed before they even speak on such issues,” added Jitendra Chowdhury.
