AGARTALA, July 26 (TIWN): Bishalgarh English Medium School’s Headmaster and three teachers have received notice from the Education Dept for not maintaining rice sacks in a good position, causing insects in rice.
According to Dept officials who had visited the school, because the rice sacks were kept in a wet place and not in a proper way, the rice was damaged by insects.
On the other hand, the school authority said, there is not space enough to keep the rice and that’s why they had to be kept like this.
Talking to the media, Education Dept officials said, “We got the information that children are fed with unhygienic food in this school. Based on that we have come here and found that the allegation was correct”.
