AGARTALA, Dec 19 (TIWN): In a major jolt for Govt employees who have been working as Pharmacists Allopathic for 11 years lost their jobs in a verdict of Tripura High Court. Tripura High Court terminated 25 Pharmacists Allopathic who were recruited under SC/ ST quota in 2013, confirmed High Court Advocate Soumik Deb. He mentioned that High Court has ordered Fresh Recruitment for UR Candidates with more numbers of seats. Briefing about the case, Soumik Deb said that as per the recruitment policy 31% reservation will be kept for the ST and 17% for the ST and in no way, the reservation can be exceeded up to 50% but in 2013 over 81% reservation was kept.
Soumik Deb informed that High Court has ordered fresh recruitments with more numbers of seats for the UR candidates.
Advocate Deb stated that after 10323 teachers’ jobs were gone based on that ground this petition was filed in 2015 and now final verdict has been delivered.

Again, after the verdict same question raised from the humanitarian angle, why the employees got the punishment as they joined their jobs after getting appointment letters from the State Govt > Why for Govt’s irregularities common men to suffer like 10323 teachers ?
