A Lawyer informed that four Bru community’s people had filed the petition after 21,703 voters’ names were slashed from the voter list and only 5,009 voters’ names were included. In reasons, it was said that they were not provided permanent houses and that’s why they can’t vote.

According to Brus, the agreement between states and center says that no one should be deprived of casting votes.
