AGARTALA, March 21 (TIWN): Thanking CM Biplab Deb, BJP organised a rally for publishing 2022-2023 Budget Session, though Rs 340 REGA wages, 7th Pay Commission, 10,323 teachers permanent Solutions were not met. However, BJP claimed it's a historical budget.

A rally was organized in Agartala. A BJP leader said that the promises made before 2018 Assembly Poll have been fulfilled step by step. The supporter claimed that all promises from ‘Vision Document’ have been fulfilled for which state’s people are much satisfied. He also claimed that all classes’ people of society will be benefited through the 2022-23 Finance year Budget.

But, BJP’s Vision Document which was published just before 2018’s Assembly Poll laid several promises like 340 REGA wages based on 200 work, 7th Pay Commission to Govt employees, to regularise Contractual employees, 50,000 Jobs in a year, 10,323 teachers Permanent Solution issue not met in past 4 years. Also to bring IT hub, AIIMS hospital including 'Smart Phones' to youth, which were not yet met.

This was the last budget before Assembly 2023 whereas promises like 50,000 Govt jobs in the year have turned into the biggest election manifesto fraud in Tripura's political history.
