AGARTALA, Feb 27 (TIWN): Tripura Police’s biased investigation due to severe political pressure under Biplab Deb has side-lined BJP’s criminal activities and evil conspiracies.

As expected, in the Congress, BJP clash, Police have only arrested Congress members. Some Congress members including women party workers who were attacked by BJP at Kamar-Pukur Math Chowmuhani were also arrested though BJP stone pelting at Congress Bhawan is in video evidence and allegation which came against Congress for countering BJP with petrol bomb has no video evidence.

The 8 arrested persons of Congress are : 1) Radheswam Saha, 2) Tirtha Saha, 3) Rajat Saha, 4) Mithun Das, 5) Sahajan Aslam, 6) Ankita Saha, 7) Malabika Poddar.

Chronological Incident and Police’s Nexus : The entire incident from Kamarpukur Congress’s rally attack to night violence at Post Office Chowmuhani, police hierarchy’s direct criminal indulgence has been exposed on Saturday. First of all, the question was raised, how did the police know that violence may happen at Kamar Pukur Congress Rally? If the police had information about the threat, why there was no sufficient police deployment? Why no arrest of the bike-wearing hooligans who entered BJP Mandal Office? Why no raid of BJP Mandal Office where the criminals entered?

Secondly, after Congress held an attack at Banamalipur office of BJP in return for BJP led attacks on women, Sudip Barman at Math Chowmuhani. Why both parties people were not arrested on the spot? When the media could successfully cover BJP Mandal office bike-hooligans’ faces in brave-coverage, why did not police take the action on spot against both parties? Were police afraid to enter the Mandal office area? Are police that cowardly to take action against the anti-social elements ?

Thirdly, evening attack at Congress Bhawan: The entire attack was held in front of Police and no BJP workers who were pelting stones were arrested. No police were deployed in front of Congress Bhawan when BJP was throwing stones. Though BJP workers claimed that Congress released petrol bomb, it has no evidence. The bomb was thrown from Congress Bhawan’s roof which was allegedly done by BJP workers with police’s help.

However, as expected, police only arrested Congress workers, not a single ruling party worker.

On Sep, 8, 2021 Agartala rioting incident, Police did not take action against identified criminals in video footages. Such actions of Tripura police are also criminal offences. SP West or whoever led the nexus with BJP for rioting Agartala city on 8th Sep (2021) and 24th February (2022) are also prime accused of the riot incident.
