AGARTALA, JAN 12 (TIWN): On a pathetic note, one person sustained critical injuries after being hit by a car at Bishalgarh. The injured is identified as Tapan Kumar Sheel (50). The incident took place in Bypass Chaumuhani area adjacent to Bishalgarh Motor Stand.
According to the details of the incident, a middle-aged man named Tapan Kumar Shil was seriously injured after being hit by a car at Bypass Chaumuhani area near Bishalgarh Motor Stand on Wednesday. Fire brigade members said the Tata Ace freight car (TR031717) came from behind and hit pedestrian Tapan Kumar Shil after loosing it's control due to excessive speed. Tapan Kumar Shil fell on the road.
