AGARTALA, Jan 5 (TIWN): BJP party which is established on hired Ex-Congress MLAs is now afraid of mass-resignation of MLAs from the party. Though IPFT’s resigned MLA Brishketu Debbarma’s resignation letter has not been accepted by the Tripura Assembly Speaker after 7 months, today BJP’s resigned MLA Asish Das who never submitted resigned from MLA post has been terminated based on a petition filed by MLA Kalyani Roy. Reacting to the action of the speaker, Asish Das said, “The person who has disqualified me, is himself a worthless person. He has changed clothes like water characters. People of Tripura know this. Today he has been disqualified but he himself has no right to hold his position which is begged by taking the opportunity of the situation”.
“IPFT’s resigned MLA Brishketu Debbarma along with Tipra Motha Party Supremo Pradyot Manikya submitted his resignation letter to the Speaker but his submission was not accepted after 7 months. Why two responses to two persons? The speaker is fully biased”.
However, Asish Das said, he will take legal action against the Speaker's action.
