A team of Joint Movement Committee of 10323 terminated teachers met with the family members of late Jiban Debbarma. Till now, 121 terminated teachers had died. Extreme tension, depression, and uncertainty of life are causing unfortunate deaths, said the JMC Members.

Although the Higher Education Department and the Education Minister of Tripura himself have promised many times to find a solution for the 10323 terminated teachers all stayed in words only and not in action. The BJP govt has also failed to provide any social pension or any help to the families of the late teachers of 10323.
