AGARTALA, Jan 4 (TIWN): TSR Job recruitment scam which has generated state-wide uproars due to bribery charges and deep political nexus in the selection procedure has turned into a nightmare for the Biplab Deb Govt. Yesterday, police had arrested youths from Tripura High Court who went there to file a case against the Job recruitment scam. The arrest row has not yet ended as today on the arrival day of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Police have arrested over 35 youths till 2 pm. On being asked, a police official has said, they have arrested them suspecting them as agitators.

TSR Job recruitment’s scam has generated state-wide uproars where massive corruption has been alleged. Bribery, handpicking selection by BJP party leaders has been alleged by BJP party members themselves. 

 However, the youths had come to Agartala for official works, whereas one boy was on duty for the BJP party for the Modi’s rally, By mistake, police arrested him too.

On the other hand, Trinamool MLA Asish Das has been house arrested who has joined TMC quitting BJP recently.
