AGARTALA, Oct 25 (TIWN): No safety remains for common people. Reportedly a married couple from Taidu after shopping had kept their shopping bags inside their car. But all of a sudden a young aged man was trying to escape by taking all the bags in broad daylight and when the couple noticed they screamed out.

Then,  the thief turned unconscious although it was suspected that he was just acting to save himself from public anger.

Immediately after receiving information, Police and Fire service personnel rushed to the spot and detained the thief and took him to IGM Hospital.

Theft incidents in the most crowded area generated tension among the local people.
