AGARTALA, Oct 24 (TIWN): Ratanpur Primary Health Center in Rishyamukha block has turned paralysed with various problems. As a result, the staff of the health center while providing services to the patients who come for health services goes through severe suffering.
The Ratanpur Primary Health Center was built during the Left era with ten bed facilities but now even after 3.5 years of BJP era the difficulties of this Primary Health Center have not yet ended. Reportedly, 2 months ago, the Primary Health center was connected to Ayushman Bharat but due to lack of network services, various database collections cannot be uploaded and Ayushman Bharat's cards and cannot be used properly. Database collection has to be uploaded to Belonia CMO Office or SDMO Office.
If there were no network issues, the data could be uploaded to this Health center and delivered to the cardholder of Ayushman Bharat in due time. Also reported, there is also no boundary wall, canteen and no medical Store in the Primary Health center’s premises and the road before the Health Center remained in a dilapidated situation.
Security guards are also required at night. The solar system in the hospital has turned into a pathetic shape for the last two years but no initiative has been taken to repair it.
On 14th July the Doctors and health workers raised those issues to DFWPM Radha Debbarma and assured to solve the problem by talking with the higher authorities but no problem has been solved yet. Besides, after informing the District governor of the Southern Dist about the issue no initiative was taken. As a Result, the Health staff including the patient party has been facing severe suffering.
