KAMALPUR, Dec 20 (TIWN): A Paramedical student of Halhali of this sub-division, studying at TIPS got missing from 16th December last. The worried parents lodged a missing diary with the Amtali police Station. But the police failed to trace any clue of the missing boy.

One Gourab Debchoudhury of Halhali was studying in the third semester of Paramedical course in TIPS Agartala. He rented a room in the house of Chayarani Nanadisen of Amtali under Amtali Police Station. On last 15th December, he contacted with his father Goutam Debchoudhury of Halhali that he would come home on the next day. But he did not return and the house-owner informed his parents that he started for Halhali in the morning, and then the worried parents rushed to Agartala. They searched for Gourab in every possible location, but in vain. At last they lodged a missing diary with Amtali Police Station on that very day. But still after five days, the police failed to trace any clue of the missing youth.

According to the parents, Gourab mysteriously sold his laptop of Rs 30,000 rupees in only 10,000 rupees just six days ago of his missing. He sold his laptop to the owner of Sarojini Medical Hall. Now whether  police will be able to trace Gourab or not is the matter to be seen.
