AGARTALA, July 30 (TIWN): Terminated 10323 teachers on Friday have labeled Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb an "Outsider from Delhi '' after police arrested the teachers from their agitation spot in Circuit house, Agartala. Screaming at the BJP led Tripura Govt, the terminated teachers asked, why did the ruling party leader promise to save their jobs if the Govt now can't take necessary action to fulfill such promises ? A teacher said, "Instead of arresting, kill us....... That will be better for us. Already the Govt has killed many and so kill us.......Life has become impossible to spend. We are from Tripura and we completed our degrees under Tripura University but the Govt itself is led by an outsider".

"The Chief Minister himself is an outsider. He used to live in Delhi and that's the reason they can not understand our pain. Lot of lectures are given by many of the leaders but if they are so qualified then why the Education Minister and CM Biplab Deb don't know the class-1 table. We can show our certificates but many big figures can't show their certificates and that's simple calculations can not be done by them", said another terminated teacher.

Many teachers broke down into cries when police were arresting them. The teachers are jobless for last 16 months,
