KAKRABAN / UDAIPUR,December 19 (TIWN): Another attempt of rape incident occurred in East Mirza under Kakraban Police Station of Udaipur. Again the victim is a minor girl of class three(10 years) .

 It is lt is learnt that taking the advantage of the absence of the girl's parents a youth namely Jiban Das, S/O-/Jogen Das of East Mirza entered the house of the victim Manisha Das (name changed) and tried to rape her. At once Jiban locked the key from is side but the girl started to cry. At this Jiabn slapped the girl and made an attempt to rape her. Hearing the cries of the girl her neighbour Sajal Das rescued the girl from the hyena Jiban by breaking the door. 
         At once others gathered there and started to beat Jiban. Hearing about the incident her parents lodged an FIR in the Kakraban police station and accordingly police registered a case of molestation under 354(B)/342/506 of IPC. But the police did not lodged the Section 376 of IPC. This afternoon Jiban Das was produced before the CJM Court . CJM Biswajit Palit sent the culprit to 11 days of jail custody. On 29th Dec. he will be reproduced before the court.
