Bank Employee gone missing in Belonia for 15 Days

AGARTALA, May 16 (TIWN): Rohan Sarkar, a 4th grade bank employee of BOI at Belonia did not return home after went out for morning walk on 1st may. 15 days passed of this incident but his family and Police were unable to trace him, at Belonia Vidyapith.

It is known that the missing man Rohan used to stay at his maternal uncle's house at Belonia Vidyapeeth since long time. But before went missing around 10-12 days back he started staying alone in rent at Belonia Vidyapith. Also known he lost his father at an early age then his maternal uncle, Debabrata Sarkar had brought Rohan and his mother at Belonia from Kolkata on 2007.

Unlike everyday he went outside for morning walk on 1st May but did not return back at home, said his maternal uncle, he also added he kept phone at his house before went missing. GD entry was done after he went missing at Belonia Police Station but even after 15 days crossed, the family and police could not trace him.

Rohan's uncle, Debabrata Sarkar told the media that he has been suffering from mental depression for a long time. Earlier too, Rohan took an overdose of sleeping pills, later he was taken to hospital and after 3 days of treatment he was released.

Rohan’s uncle also told the media that he took information from Rohan’s paternal relatives at Kalamchoura, Sonamura that he did not even visit his paternal relative’s houses.

The missing man, Rohan’s family is undergoing through tension with a hope that he will return home.
