AGARTALA, May 8 (TIWN): Arun Tripura, 28 years old son of Birmohan Tripura, a resident of Bipin Sardar Para in KalaDhepa ADC Village, was married to Sabita Tripura, 21 years old, daughter of Shambhu Kumar Tripura, a resident of Devendra Para in East Takka Tulsi ADC Village, three years ago. But on Saturday the wife, Savita's dead body was recovered from bed and husband Arun’s lifeless body was recovered from a tree. It is known before the police arrived Arun’s body was being taken down, which created various questions among locals.

Talking to the family it is known that on Wednesday Savita along with her Husband came to her father’s house. But today morning the housewife, Savita’s family saw Savita’s husband, Arun’s body was hanging on a tree, similarly Savita’s lifeless body was also found lying on her bed at her house. 

The family after seeing such a scene informed the Manu Bazar PS, and the police rushed to the spot after the incident was reported. Upon receiving the death incident news Arun’s family member’s also rushed to the scene. 

But shockingly while the police of Manu Bazar PS  rushed to the spot found no injury signs on their bodies, which created suspicion among local people.  The deceased Arun Tripura’ family claimed that no quarrel occurred between the couples.  Arun Tripura’s brother asked if he has committed suicide by hanging on a tree then how does his lifeless body recovered from bed? Arun’s family demanded a proper investigation should be done on the incident. 

The demise’s family also said even after crossing three years of their married life they had no children.  The incident would be investigated after the arrival of the Dog Squad and Forensic team, said Manu Bazar Police official.  Now, it remains to be seen whether the couple committed suicide or it was murdered!  As soon as the death news spread the shadow of mourning brought along with tension on Takka Tulsi ADC Village under ManuBazar PS.
