AGATALA, Mach 23 (TIWN): In another jolt for the Vision Document promise fulfillment route for the Tripura BJP Party, the BJP led State Govt has reportedly cancelled all the regularization memos of various casual employees which was placed under the former Left Govt under Manik Sarkar's Chief Ministry. As per Tripura's local news report, memorandums which were passed under former Finance Minister Bhanulal Saha and Badal Choudhury's Dept from 2006 have been cancelled by the present BJP Govt. The memorandum was about regularization of DRW, casual, contingent, part-time workers. Reportedly, the incumbent BJP Govt has cancelled 6 memos of the previous Govt, which has shutdown the regularization process further. It was first in 2006 and then 2008, 2012 totaling 6 times, the regularization talks were held by the previous Govt through those memos but now, all memos have been cancelled.

BJP Govt now has reviewed all the memos under the previous Govt and in notification it has been now clearly stated, "It has been observed that there are some shortcomings in these instructions for regularization of the services of DRWs/casual/ contingent staffs affecting institutional efficiency and individual productivity due to different reasons. With a view to ensure transparent public employment policy for engagement of staff for such services, all memorandums above mentioned are repealed".
