AGARTALA, March 8 (TIWN): Tragic situations erupted after Court gave daughter's custody to her mother instead of her father although, her mother left her daughter before 2 years.

The child also reportedly told the Court that she wants to live with her father. 

Misthu Debnath, father of the little girl Moumita Debnath alleged that his wife left him and his daughter 2 years back and stayed with another man. He also showed a photo of the man, however, his wife has denied the allegation. She said, out of torture, she left the home.

For the last 2 years, Moumita was with her father Misthu Debnath.

But after the custody was given to her mother, the child and the father both broke down and Moumita was unready to go to her mother.
