BJP-IPFT's Partnership Status for ADC Poll still under Cloud : Only 4 days Left before Nomination Submission's 12th March Deadline

AGARTALA, March 7 (TIWN): Voters and supporters of IPFT and BJP are in confusion and ideological crisis, as both the parties have failed to announce candidates' names yet. Whether IPFT and BJP are in alliance or not, it has also not been declared by any of these two parties. At the same time, IPFT also aligned with another organization TIPRA, manipulating the alliance protocol but with TIPRA also, IPFT's stand is not clear. Criticism has erupted over BJP, IPFT's crisis situation and failure to announce candidates' names. On the other side, the Left Front has introduced their candidates for the upcoming ADC Poll. Maximum candidates are under 50 and 17 out of 28 seats have been given to new faces. CPI-M convener Bijan Dhar has announced this after a crucial meeting took place at Melarmath for finalizing the candidates' list. Tripura ADC Poll to be conducted on 4th April.

Thus, the IPFT, BJP's supporters in Ideological Confusion as BJP, IPFT failed to announce about Alliance-Status 

Last date of making nominations by 12 March, 2021.

Date for scrutiny of nominations 15th March, 2021,

Last date for withdrawal nominations 17th March 2021.

Date of Poll - 4th April, 2021

Polling Time - 7 am to 4 pm

Re-poll (if required) - 7th April, 2021

Result Day - 10th April, 2021
