AGARTALA, Nov 30 (TIWN): Tripura Congress senior leader, former Party President Gopal Roy has asked the BJP led State Govt to request the Governor to announce date for polling in the TTAADC without any delay.
Addressing media, the Senior Congress leader said, "A petition was filed in the Supreme Court before Bihar Election requesting to defer the election there but Supreme Court had dismissed the plea saying, it will not interfere in the procedure of election. So, Bihar election was conducted in time. On 17th November Bodoland Territorial council has announced election in two-phases. In Kashmir also, there are local body elections. But surprising, in Tripura the TTAADC Election is getting delayed".
