Congress party office burnt: Tension soars

AGARTALA, December 3 (TIWN): Congress party office at Ailmara under Silachari Police Station was burnt into ashes. Tension prevails following the incident. The CPI (M) party cadres accused to be involved. Tripura Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) working president Ashsihs Saha calls it a conspiracy.

The incident occurred on Monday mid-night when a congress party office at Ailmara under Karbook Constituency burnt into ashes. According to the police the party office caught fire from a short circuit.

Whereas on the other talking to TIWN, TPCC working president Ashish Saha said that this must be another conspiracy of the CPI (M) cadres who burnt the party office on Monday mid-night. He also claimed that the ongoing conspiracy of the CPI (M) makes it very clear that the Left front and the CPI (M) is now worried of its corruption here in Tripura.

However, on Wednesday a congress team comprising of TPCC working president Ashish Saha visited the spot.
