AGARTALA, Sep 16 (TIWN): Tripura's Education Department's poorly planned admission system created panic among the 12 passed students of the state. To change the process BJP's student wing ABVP on Wednesday placed deputation to Directorate of Higher Education.
This policy of giving admission to the 12 pass students in State's Degree Colleges enlisted students to the college's far from their residences despite having the same criteria in Colleges nearby. A student of Agartala who applied for MBB, BBMC got listed his name in Dharmanagar college. Such inconveniences created huge panic among the students and their guardians.
The ABVP activists said that they have received numerous complaints from the student's side and requested the authority to change the system and plan the admission according to previous procedure. However, the higher authority haven't responded to this situation so far.
