AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, March 8 (TIWN): Although not a single Doctor was arrested so far in Sushanta Debroy's alleged death-in-high-negligence and the BJP led Sate Govt didn’t permit Judicial investigation by High Court sitting justice which was demanded by opposition Congress party, Law Minister Ratanlal Nath visited in victim Advocate Bhaskar Debroy’s home met his mother and relatives. Bhaskar Debroy was allegedly murdered in negligence of GB hospital Doctors Saturday late night after he was brought in hospital by Fire Brigade but not a single family member was informed about his hospitalization. However, visiting the victim's home Ratanlal Nath has assured full justice. Although no Doctor was arrested so far, but Ratanlal Nath said that negligence-shown Doctors will be suspended surely. But question raised, can only suspension can coverup a life's claim ? Is not it a "murder in high negligence" ? Congress President of Tripura, Senior Advocate Pijush Biswas after the death of Bhaskar Debroy said that such Doctors’ position only can be in jail, nowhere else.

Amid Police’s denial to lodge FIR on yesterday, Ratanlal Nath said that FIR has many versions and thus complaint was taken and already investigation started. Nath further pressured upon compensation payment via livelihood arrangement for Bhaskar Debroy’s mother.

The young lawyer’s mysterious death has rocked Agartala city on Saturday afternoon. Family members have alleged it is a murder case as his body was not found with any such spot which can cause his death. The lawyer has been identified as Bhaskar Debroy, who did not return home on yesterday after he went to attend a function. He was reportedly brought by Fire Brigade in GB Hospital at around 12 O'Clock and then from Trauma Centre taken to medicine ward but no treatment was done, neither family members were informed. The deceased's mother said, at night around 12 o’clock her son was admitted in hospital but surprisingly nobody was informed to come to the hospital, neither from police any call was given. Only today morning she came to know from her brother about her son's death. Bhaskar Debroy’s mobile phone was with him where his all contacts were saved. The patient parties who were in that room, they have also alleged that Bhaskar was screaming but no Doctor touched him.

This serious allegation has made this case very sensitive, whereas senior Advocate Pijush Kanti Biswas asked Govt to cancel licenses of such Doctors' immediately and put the Doctors in jail. 

Huge numbers of advocates rushed to GB hospital, slammed the system at there. Senior Advocate Pijush Kanti Biswas who is also the State President of Tripura Congress said that the post mortem and each move of the hospital should be videographed. It was reported that no treatment was done including primary cares.

Addressing media, Congress leader Subal Bhowmik alleged, high negligence of Fire Brigade, Police and also the GB Hospital smelt. He said, “Bhaskar's death has a deep conspiracy-story, we believe. This is a murder but as police to Doctor all are found in negligence so the case may be attempted to be suppressed but we demand proper investigation by a High Court sitting judge”.

Subal Bhowmik also raised question, how Fire Brigade move without police information and left him in the hospital ?

Expressing resentment over the situation, Senior Advocate Pijush Kanti Biswas said, if a Lawyer’s end is like this, where is the law and order standing ? He raised question, why nobody was informed and how a stable man died in this way ? Proper action against Police and Doctors urgently should be taken and such doctors' place should be in jail only.
