AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, March 5 (TIWN): Reacting over a fake case filed against AMC Commissioner Sailesh Kumar Yadav on Wednesday, after he refused to bow head before two ruling party MLAs hooligan gangs, calling a press conference on Thursday Sailesh Kumar Yadav said that the allegation brought against him with a false charge is nothing but to demoralize the honest Officers of the state, so that nobody can accomplish his/her work honestly. Addressing media, Sailesh Kumar Yadav said one Chandrakumar Nath has filed FIR against him saying, Sailesh Yadav threatened him to shoot. “This is bare lie. No media, no video can show that I ever said so. This is just way to demoralize us”, said Saliesh Yadav in the press meet called today after various biased news were flashed against him and a fake FIR was filed in evening which he came to know at around 11 pm. He further revealed that two more FIRs were filed against him in Tripura earlier at the cost of his honest works. "This is not the First but 2 more FIRs were filed against me in this State but I am not running away from ground", said IAS Sailesh Yadav unfolding false FIR tortures on him for working honestly.

Addressing media, at the AMC conference hall, Commissioner Sailesh Kumar Yadav said, “It was an unfortunate event and you can also see in the media and social media reports that I begged them with my folded hands to sit peacefully and to continue the conversation, but they refused and kept shouting. I realized, the situation is no more normal and turned a mob. So, there was no point of discussion. In this situation I decided to leave the room because there was no point of discussion”.

“Then they did some activity at the outside. In the evening I came to know that they have filed FIR against me. One Chandrakumar Nath complained that I abused him physically and told them that I will shoot him (Goli Karunga). This is totally false and this false case’s aim is only to demoralize the honest officers so that development can be prevented”, he said.

Reacting over media’s allegation of misbahviour with MLAs, he said, first the definition of misbehavior should be clarified.

“There was no verbal or physical abuse on my part, rather the situation turned a mob and the meeting had to stop”, Yadav told media here.

He also cited example, earlier how in Banamalipur, when went to fix a lake issue at his own will alone even though he had no police protection, in a false case he was trapped on him. He also pressed how important it is to give police protection to the IAS Officer.
