AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, March 3 (TIWN): Tripura BJP’s 2 year misrule continues as public sufferings spiked high amid various FAKE promises in Vision Document but BJP failed to keep a single promise in 2 yrs. When BJP is celebrating Mukti Diwas on the 2nd anniversary of Victory, the CPI-M and Congress have slammed the BJP over its failure to fulfill Vision Document promises.The opposition CPI-M has released a horrifying data of total 13 party workers’ murder and multi thousand people left injured after physically attacked in last 2 years. Social media users have asked the BJP Govt what about various promises done to the youths before election about jobs and industries, filling up massive vacant posts ? Tripura senior Congress leader Gopal Roy asked, why the BJP is celebrating today ? Is it for their success or for defeat ?

Gopal Roy was asked by media to react on BJP’s observation of “Mukti Diwas”, when CPI-M is observing “Black Day”. Gopal Roy said that only giving JUMLA promises have been the job of the BJP in last 2 years.

Gopal Roy said, when CPI-M took the state into ventilation, the BJP has converted it into coma condition.

“Total 299 promises were given in Vision Document. Totally failure to fulfill Vision Document. So, I want to ask, why did CM visit Udaipur Matabari. What did he tell to Goddess Tripura Sundari ? About his success or his failure ?”, he said.

“BJP’s main promise was 50,000 Govt jobs in first one year but only JUMLA and JUMLA have been performed in last 2 years. Now vacant posts have increased at 65,000”, he said.

At least 13 CPI-M members were killed in last 2 years of BJP rule in Tripura, revealing a report, CPI-M headquarter announced on Tuesday on the 3rd anniversary of BJP's violence. In a shocking note, it was disclosed that not a single person was arrested till now in any of these murder cases. More 15 person died in heartattack in BJP led terror created in past 2 years. Till 29th February, 2020 report said, total 2170 persons physically injured in that violence who are CPI-M workers. Among them total 1967 males and 203 females. 1002 party worker’s houses either looted, burnt or attacked. 183 persons’ shops were burnt, 341 shops looted, 52 fishery poultry burnt, 14 fisheries poisoned, 40 rubber gardens harmed by cutting, 16 burnt, 112 bikes vandalized totally / burnt. 141 party offices were set on fire, 322 party offices vandalized, 69 were occupied, looted 7. Then CPI-M’s wings 7 offices burnt, 16 vandalized , 174 offices occupied. Then by bulldozer 1 subdivisional office, 64 local committee offices, 99 branch committee office were bulldozed by Govt alleging those were made on Govt lands. (BJP won Tripura Poll on March 3rd, 2018).

BJP totally failed to fulfill Vision Document’s important promise as 50,000 Govt jobs in first one year along instead of regularization, mid-day-meal workers to many temporary workers were terminated.

Attacks on media and opposition including social media users crossed all the limits. At the same time, CM Biplab Deb’s gaffes and BJP leaders neck-deep in locally made corruptions fully demoralized the party.

Tripura’s unemployment rate increased 3 times and over thousand Govt schools are on verges of shutdown.

Free Medical services were scrapped from Govt hospitals and poor people died out of hunger even.

With all these, BJP’s performance remained just  in negative along with imposing highest ever taxes on public, infighting inside party led Minister’s sacking from cabinet.

The most crucial decision pending is about Supreme Court led terminated 10323 teachers issue who were promised to get a secure life and job continuation by convincing Union Law Ministry.

7th Pay Commission could not be given yet, whereas a hiked Pay scale was given without keeping the effect-period’s promise, caused losses to huge numbers of employees and recently retired pension holders.
