Misuse of Parliament are adopted from Hitler is now applied to divide the nation based on religion”, said bailed out Tripura E-Minister Badal Chowdhury at the Melarmath premise, amid thousands of gathering against whom, police failed to submit chargesheet after 87 days.Chowdhury lined up a comparison between Nazi Party led Hitler in German and Modi’s current regime in India. He slammed the dictator style of BJP, saying, it can not continue such rule forever and at the end people will win.The Tripura High Court on Saturday granted bail to veteran CPI-M leader and former minister Badal Choudhury, who was arrested 104 days ago in connection with the multi-crore PWD scam. After a brief hearing, Justice Arindam Lodh granted conditional bail to Choudhury, an eight-time MLA and ex-minister.

“I am happy that our students are striving for democracy and unity against the fascist system. Whole India is understanding what mistake they have committed by voting wrong people in power”, said Chowdhury.

Former CPI-M Minister Badal Chowdhury who was put in jail in a politically motivated FAKE case, was released on bail after High Court bails him out. Reportedly, the order came after Tripura Police failed to submit chargesheet after 87 days of custody. In between, Chowdhury was brutally tortured by police, also in jail and Govt created various difficulties throughout the process. After High Court granted bail, a massive rally was held in Agartala by CPI-M in celebration and also Chowdhury was welcomed with cheers and enthusiasm.Addressing media, Choudhury said, once again it is proven that by autocracy a Govt can't stop public movement.
