BJP leader cultivating Ganja, police allegedly not raiding even-after complaints

AGARTALA, Jan 7 (TIWN): One BJP activist, local leader of Melaghar has allegedly planted ganja plants across 15 kani of land.
But, even though police have been complained about this illegal plantation, no action was taken so far.
The BJP activist has been identified as Biplab Bakshi, continues illegal cultivation in Kalapania, near Kalapania SB School.
The smell from ganja garden affecting school students and across the area, pathetic smells are disturbing students and teachers.
