AGARTALA, Nov 29 (TIWN): The Students Federation of India (SFI) has demanded impartial probe in Ramesh H S School’s girl student’s sexual assault case who was allegedly assaulted by teacher Subrata Chakraborty on November 23rd.

A deputation was placed to U K Chakma, Education Director in this regard.

Addressing media, SFI State President Sandipan Deb said the case is totally under cloud. Since the complaint was attempted to be filed to the school authority, BJP leaders tried their best to mutual the matter, whereas at last the family was bound to withdraw the complaint but the withdrawal letter itself is full of confusions and errors. In this situation, SFI has demanded  impartial investigation and a women’s team visit in the school to know the matter fully.

SFI also has condemned, how BJP in social media disclosed the identity of the victim, which is violation of the constitutional right of a victim.

The incident took place on Saturday when the teacher of Ramesh HS school Udaipur Subrata Chakraborty,  who is happen to be the Prabhari and spokesman of BJP, harassed a minor student of class IX. But surprisingly after knowing the whole matter, the HM Incharge hasn’t taken any step against him so far. Instead they are trying their best to withdraw the allegation. On Wednesday after calling the victim and her mother they have taken her signature in a false statement forcefully.
